Come see a scale version of a Mars rover in action!
The Engineering and Computer Science School at Victoria University of Wellington built the rover from the NASA Jet Propulsion Lab's open rover plans as part of a research project. The rover accommodates 3D imaging cameras along with a number of other high tech sensors. Its suspension system gives it a unique edge to climb on difficult terrain. Come see what it can do, learn how it operates, and maybe even take it for a spin yourself!
