All-ages
Please Note: This is an archived page for an event held in 2021

A public workshop at the Royal Albatross Centre where you will learn how to collect and use environmental data to take action for the environment. There will be 15 minute presentations about the Litter Intelligence, Red-billed gull Project and Marine Metre Squared (MM2) citizen science projects followed by field trip to Pilots Beach to collect litter data and other field observations (MM2 and Red Bill Gull). This will be followed by a session on how to use data to take action for the environment. Don't forget to bring appropriate footwear for exploring the shore (gumboots are always good!) and dress for cold / wet weather. Sorting of the rubbish and interpretation of results will follow.

Children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult.
