This 1-hour workshop with explore how the heart works by examining its anatomy. Attendees will each perform a fully guided dissection of a sheep heart. Participants must be comfortable handling animal tissue which will be sourced through the normal food chain. NOTE: This event has multiple sessions aimed at different age groups.

(Children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult, but accompanying adults do not require a ticket to attend - only people who will be doing the dissection.)
