Join us for the University of Otago’s Science Expo, where 23 of our Science and Health Sciences departments and research groups will come together under one roof!
The expo is open to everyone and showcases the amazing research and discoveries being made at the University of Otago. Featuring interactive and hands-on experiences, the expo is especially suitable for families with primary- and intermediate-aged children. This engaging and interactive event is one of the not-to-be-missed highlights of this year’s Science Festival.
Departments and research groups represented this year are: Anatomy, Archaeology, Botany, Brain Health Research Centre, Coastal People: Southern Skies, Computer Science, Dentistry, Food Science, Genetics and Biochemistry, Geography, Geology, HeartOtago Research Theme, Human Nutrition, Information Science, Marine Science, Mathematics and Statistics, Microbiology and Immunology, Ngāi Tahu Māori Health Research Unit, Pharmacy, Psychology, Science Communication, Surveying, and Zoology.
