Where does alcohol come from? What is it and why and how do we measure it? Join us for a whirlwind tour, interactive quiz and discussion over a drink or two. We begin in pre-history and end here in Dunedin today. Along the way, we'll visit cultures from around the world, meet some colourful characters and introduce the rationale for, and the science behind, alcohol measurement.

Our bar is open from 6:00PM - 9:00PM for drinks and light refreshments. Quiz and discussion begins at 6:30PM and runs for around 40 minutes.
